Cancellation Policy

We will waive cancellation fee if you feel unwell. If you do not cancel or show up 5 minutes before class start time you will be charged for the class. Late cancels or no-shows will be charged for the class and lose the class credit.

Late Arrivals

All classes start on time. Late arrivals will not be allowed into class.

Cell phones and Smart Watches

Class time is precious! Cell phones are not permitted in either studio. We ask that you respect your mates and leave your cell phone in your locker. If you are expecting an urgent call, please leave your phone with reception. Smart Watches must be turned to Theatre Mode during class.

Booking Combo Classes

Out of courtesy for those on the waitlist, please only book Combo Classes if you know will be attending both segments. Otherwise, please book the Express Spin portion of the class.
