Amy is a professional dancer, choreographer and teacher with a diverse movement background. A back injury brought her to Pilates 25 years ago and she has never looked back! She studied ballet at L'École Supérieure de Ballet du Québec in Montreal and spent the next 2 decades working in contemporary dance in Toronto.

Classes: Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates

Style: You can expect a full body workout that encourages you to tune in to your body and deepen your mind body connection. The goal is to leave class feeling longer, stronger and ready to take on the world.

Music: Something chill and relaxing.
