Blythe began her fitness journey with a yoga practice while living in Vancouver in 2008. She has since completed over 500 hours of teacher training in yoga and Pilates. She has trained in India, Vancouver, and Toronto. She’s also trained with master teachers that have enhanced and inspired her teaching.

Style: Blythe’s classes focus on building full body strength. You will move at a steady pace, emphasizing alignment and precision during each exercise and use lots of props to help give an extra challenge.
Music: Indie and folk songs that are both chill and upbeat - Best of both worlds!
Fun Fact: She loves baking, gardening and making pottery.
