After being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, Jo struggled to find a workout that didn’t leave her feeling drained, stiff, or sore. Then, while visiting Florida, she took a barre class and it changed everything! The low-impact movements were just the challenge her mind and body needed. She was instantly hooked on the experience.
