Katherine has had a lifelong commitment to movement that started with dance and has transitioned to fitness. She moved from New Brunswick to Toronto to pursue dance professionally and got to work for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines as a performer. Since then, Katherine has found a passion for fitness through barre and strength training. 

Classes: Barre, Reformer

Style: Katherine combines her background in dance and strength training to create classes that challenge your strength using weights and endurance keeping pace. Her sequencing flows through movements for a seamless experience focused on form and education for all levels. 

Music: Nothing gets her blood pumping like a good 70’s or 80’s throwback song, remix version! Your serotonin levels will be off the charts in Katherine’s classes, and she’s always open to requests!
