Niky has been teaching fitness (and dance!) for over 15 years. Before becoming a dedicated instructor, she immersed herself in exploring fitness disciplines, including her years as a competitive gymnast, dancer and circus acrobat! She enjoys inspiring her clients to challenge themselves and discover their potential.

Style: Niky’s classes are high-energy and designed to empower participants. She combines effective techniques with a fun atmosphere, encouraging everyone to push their limits while enjoying the process. Expect to break a sweat, build strength, and leave feeling accomplished and energized.

Fun Fact: Niky loves a challenge, including completing a 4-day endurance race in Turkiye!
