RACHEL (Program Director)
As a former varsity field hockey player and competitive dancer, she loves all things strength training, pilates, barre, dance cardio and running. Rachel holds a degree in kinesiology from U of T and several fitness certifications. This coupled with her warm exterior and bubbly personality make her the perfect woman to lead the Loft instructors.
Style: Technical with serious attention to form and alignment. Queen of the deadlift. Rachel’s classes are creative, effective and addictive.
Music: Tops 40 mixed with a little bit of 80s/90s throwback.
Fun Fact: Rides a bright pink bike in the summer.
