Sophia had been recovering from a lot of injuries and needed a type of exercise that was focused, functional, and challenging, to rewire her movement habits. That led her to Yoga and Pilates, which has been game-changing! It let’s her live a pain-free life, and share that with others.

Style: If you like trying new things and having fun with movement, Sophia’s classes are a great place for you. Expect a balance between energetic and relaxing, with an emphasis on controlling your pace to challenge your body and mind to slow it down.

Music: Expect a lot of ambient beats that are soothing yet energetic. Each playlist is a little different and are crafted with a lot of love.
